Warranty Period Standard warranty is given for one year free of charge. The first warranty year is of the shipment date. The warranty includes: Free of charge repair of failures (excluding failures that were caused by mal-operation). Cost of shipment and any other taxes related to the transportation will be born by the customer. Repair time at AccuBeat premises is estimated at 60 days. Extended Warranty Period A Customer may purchase additional second year and third year warranty. The cost for each extended year is 6% of the unit price. A Customer may purchase additional fourth year and fifth year warranty. The cost for each extended year is 8% of the unit price. Post Warranty AccuBeat offers policy for out of warranty units. Rapid Repair Time Option In order to shorten the repair time at AccuBeat's premises to 3-4 weeks, the customer must purchase a small stock of modules and components. The stock will include two types of items: LLI (Long lead time items). Spare modules and components. The stock will be kept in AccuBeat's facility. Contact AccuBeat for additional information. Local Repair Center (LRC) Once the customer purchases a few dozen units, it is possible to establish a local repair center. The repair center can be managed by the local distributor or by the customer himself. AccuBeat will offer training for the repair and the service. The repair facility must be equipped with some basic lab equipment and in some cases specialized equipment.
